512 single family homes (steady) were reported sold and closed on the Multiple Listing Service of Northern Illinois in the month of April in Du Page County with a median sold price of $265,000 (up).
133 (26%) of these were distressed sales of either foreclosures or short sales with a median sold price of $165,000.
269 attached properties (condos/townhouses) (up) were reported sold and closed with a median sold price of $121,250 (down).
Of these, 94 (35%) were distressed sales with a median sold price of $76,625.
