390 single family homes (up)were reported to have sold and closed in the month of April on the Multiple Listing Service of Northern Illinois with a median price of $175,250 (up).
Of these, 179 (46%) were distressed sales of either foreclosures or short sales with a median closed price of $85,000.
94 attached properties (condos or townhouses) (up) were also reported to have sold and closed in the county with a median price of $129,500 (up).
Of these, 45 (48%) were distressed sales with a median closed price of $110,000.
