104-single family (up) closed sales were reported on the Multiple Listing Service of Northern Illinois for the month of April in Kendall County with a median sold price of $181,500 (up).
Of these, 44 (42%) were distressed sales of foreclosures or short sales with a median sold price of $167,500.
38 attached properties (condos/townhouses) (up)were reported sold and closed with a median sold price of $91,000 (up).
Of these, 22 (58%) were distressed sales with a median sold price of $70,000.
