Of these 222 (46%) were distressed sales of foreclosures or short sales with a median sold price of $139,750.
117 attached property (condos/townhouses) (up) closed sales were reported with a median sold price of $110,000 (up).
Of these, 53 (45%) were distressed sales with a median sold price of $84,000.
